the jyd-l series ultrasonic wave cell pulverizer is a jyd series high-end product with the newly-added timing control function, the combining program function and the ultrasonic wave output power automatic restriction function. it uses the broad chinese display lc screen and the world-wide popular vertical structure, having designed the rs-232c standard interface for computer communication. it is installed with the breakdown self-inspection software package and the specific status setting function, by which users can conveniently carry out various working status operation, enabling the ultrasonic wave cell pulverizer to have more complete functions, more convenient usages and more reliable performance.

working principles: this machine uses the microcontroller controlling technology and the phase-locked loop frequency automatic tracking, and by simple keyboard operation, data and controlling working status can be set. the power amplifier and transducer vibration frequencies can reach frequency automatic tracking on phase-locked loops through phase sampling. the power inspection and the temperature measuring electric circuits can enable microprocessors to automatically adjust the ultrasonic wave emitting power overrunning and the overtemperature protection and alarming function. its principles are shown in fig. 2.

`$ connect the apparatus according to fig. 6: insert the temperature sensor plug, the transducer cable, the power wire and the amplitude transformer into around 1cm test liquid, and then place the temperature detector into pulverized liquid. select proper containers according to sample amounts (test tubes or various beakers or centrifuge tubes), fix it or install it well. please adjust the cross clip or the elevator platform inside the sound-proof box to determine its elevation, the end of amplitude transformers shall be inserted under the liquid surface between 10-15mm, and in the center of the container. don�t let the end of e the amplitude transformer contact with the container. the end of the amplitude transformer is generally over 30mm distant from the container. when the volume is small, it can be greater than 10mm under small power situation. the back of the apparatus shall be ventilated well. when the wiring connection is inspected errorless, open the power switch.
